In June 26-27, 2014 Ruslan Garipov lectured on “International Law on Indigenous Peoples’ Rights and Russian Legislation on Indigenous Minorities: Problems of Correspondence and Implementation” within the Program of Education for Russian Indigenous Minorities at the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia in Moscow.
